Everybody Is Gone, I have the House to Myself

All of my loved ones who are constantly on the move, who always seem to have to be busy, are gone for a while. They left with parting smiles and fond farewells for me, wishing me a restful and relaxing time while they are away…for a couple of hours.

I have the house to myself for a few hours, free to do or not to do whatever strikes my fancy. I’m going to enjoy this quiet FREE time to the fullest. First, I’ll take my tired self in the kitchen and grab a bite of something delicious to snack on along with a nice cold glass of something refreshing to drink. Yes, that’s just what I need.

Then, I’ll prop myself up on my bed on my trusty brown pillow to surf the television channels for something good to watch. I’ll crack open my laptop and get ready to visit and read your blogs.
