Here, look closely. This the "straw-that-broke-the-camel's-back". Look at that, what a mess!
What! A! Day! First one thing, then another. Each more frustrating than the preceeding one -- all day long.
But, little Miss Sunshine that I am, I took it in stride. Trying to stay calm and unruffled, I sorted through and finished what absolutely needed to be done. Three things! Did that.
Oh, I'd better send that fax. It is VERY important. First try. Nothing. Second try. Nothing. Check the plug, ummmm...seems okay. Check the fax machine settings. Okay. Check every danged thing I can think of, all appears normal. Still, the fax won't go through, says "no answer".
Hey, I'm just trying to send a fax here. Enough already! I'm going to bed.
So, how was your day? I hope you had a good one. Tell me about it so I can smile and laugh with you about your glorious and wonderful day as I get comfortable and visit your blogs.
look at it as a learning experience or you'll go NUTS!
ReplyDeleteWow,someone has had a bad day.
ReplyDeleteI've been there too, what with a photo radar ticket, sprained ankle, forgetting to do assignments for a class.
Hang in there, breathe deep, and keep on going.
Have a better week!
Melissa
I hope that FAX machine comes alive for you tomorrow. I hate it when you keep doing everything you can think of and something still doesn't work. But then... sometimes, it starts working later. I'll be keeping my fingers crossed for you.
ReplyDeleteIf it's not one thing, it's EIGHT (lol).
ReplyDeleteI shouldn't giggle, but I am all the same. You have a great attitude :)
ReplyDeleteIf it brings you some comfort...a virus wiped out all my carefully collected pictures for my blog,my other files..i was not careful in planing a back
ReplyDeleteI hope by the time you read this everything is fine.
I have had 'technology tense' experiences. There must be someone who knows more than you who can help you. That's what I do when I have reached the point of going bonkers!!
ReplyDeleteI am also technology jinxed. Hope your day got better! :O)
