It has been a while since I have fingered my keyboard to blog. That’ll be six lashes with a wet noodle for me for procrastinating so long. Well, maybe not a real wet noodle, a simple talking-to might do the trick.
You probably think I’ve been off in Paris or “The Big Apple” sashaying around town putting on airs and rubbing elbows with the king and queen…I wish.
Maybe you think I’m lazily laying (yes, laying not lying) around on the chaise lounge at home, snacking and sleeping to my heart’s content.
Trust me, I haven’t. I have been really busy with Jace, trying to figure him out. He’s a real little character…already. Every so often he looks at me as if to say, “Grandma, it’s taking you too long. I’m waiting for you to catch up.” Honestly, sometimes I think he’s a little old man in a baby’s body, for real.
I just popped in to let you know I haven’t fallen off the face of the earth and to say hi to everyone. I hope all is well with you and the family. I also hope you’re having some fun and good times along the way.
