No Place to Cut n Paste - Why Not Blogger

Sometimes I wonder. Other times, I don't. Many times I push through as if I don't really care. But, then there are the times like right now, I care.

I can't name the many times I have started a post only to have the system crash, the computer go on the blink, elecricity takes a surge hit - something. Then everything is lost. Before I get too far off into whining...

BLOGGER...I need something from you.
  • I need to be able to cut n paste. That way I can have my post all finished and ready without interruption. I can complete it at my leisure. I can post it without problems.

That probably did not make much sense.

OK. Can you tell I'm frustrated?!

  1. Oh dear! I know just how you feel. I have at times written on the word processor and then just copied it onto my post page. However, I usually don't bother because my posts tend to be pretty short.

  2. I'm so glad I'm not alone! Blogger needs some upgrades. Now. Or we could do a hostile takeover...

Thank goodness for ctrlX and ctrlV. How did I function before I knew about them?! But yah, the fact that cutting from some other source and pasting it into blogger switches formatting is annoying. I don't compose my posts on here so it adds a lot of time when I'm finally ready. :(

  4. Hi Stephanie, thanks for the tip. I take it that between the ctrlX and ctrlV - one is cut and the other is paste? Right?

I'm with you on the hostile takeover. We should do it and make them sit (with no food or water) while we all vent at them.

  5. Thanks for the tip, lin. But, that's the problem - there is no cut & paste function button. I'm going to try stephanie's suggestion and see how that works.

Do you have cut & paste on your compose new post page in google? I don't.

    More later
